Celebrate on the ruling of the Constitutional Bogota against Uribe's reelection.
Bogota, February 26th .- A crowd of Colombians are now concentrated in the central Plaza de Bolivar in Bogota, to celebrate the decision of the Constitutional Court reject the Rrendum Act that would have allowed the Colombian president, Alvaro Uribe, aiming for a second reelection .

Colombia's Constitutional Court rejected the Rrendum Act that would have allowed Uribe eligible for a second consecutive reelection in the May 30 elections.
