Celebrate on the ruling of the Constitutional Bogota against Uribe's reelection.

Bogota, February 26th .- A crowd of Colombians are now concentrated in the central Plaza de Bolivar in Bogota, to celebrate the decision of the Constitutional Court reject the Rrendum Act that would have allowed the Colombian president, Alvaro Uribe, aiming for a second reelection .
